Perimeter profiles for terraces
BORDERTEC BD: Draining perimeter profiles for terraces.
Multifunctional perimeter profile for finishing the edge of terraces that allows for the execution of plastering while maintaining the projection perfectly level. BORDERTEC BD is supplied with drainage holes to combine with the specific membrane DRAINTEC 8. In the case of a liquid membrane that ensures water tightness, it is also available in a version without holes for finishing the edge (Ref. BDC). The tile can be placed flush with the profile or on top of it.
BORDERTEC BD in dry installation
The profile is also suitable for dry installation using gravel as a base. Leave a gap between the different elements for thermal expansion, hiding the joint with the connecting element.
Installation instructions for terrace profiles
• Fix the profile peripherally on each side where necessary, placing it at the pre-established height. • Carry out the plastering that will be contained by the finishing profile. • Place the tiles normally.
